***System settings required to access your help desk area
1. In your
browser, click on "tools", then "Internet options"

2. Click on the "Privacy" option. There, make sure that the left slider is
all the way down to "Accept all cookies". Click on "apply".

That will give
you access. If you still have difficulties logging in,
try deleting your cache as shown in the bellow screen shot.
